We are here to ensuring that every Trination member not only succeeds in the initial battle to come to the gym, (by providing a fun, relaxed environment and innovative classes) but is a little bit better each time they depart (by imparting knowledge, training and a support network).

THE WORKOUTS

Our workouts encompass the use of different energy systems to achieve the results you want! Our specially curated workouts will use plyometric movements, functional movements, aerobic and anaerobic systems, resulting in fat burning, muscle building and metabolism boosting sessions.

45 minutes workouts, with no hassle and maximum results.

YOGA

In our Yoga classes we practice the connection of the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago. Today, most Westerners do yoga for exercise or to reduce stress.

Intense Workout

HIIT

Our HIIT workouts combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise.Intervals can boost cardio-respiratory health with a smaller time investment compared to continuous forms of exercise

Training

BOXING

Boxing is a fat burning, cardiovascular, strength and toning workout. You'll learn traditional boxing skills and techniques in a gym equipped with a huge selection of boxing bags and equipment.

Zumba Class

ZUMBA

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

PILATES

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training is one of the best ways to make a resistance and strength training workout that is also challenging for your heart and lungs.

Women Stretching

STRETCH

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Join us in learning how to get flexible and working to maintain it.
